Faith Formation Program
Registration for 2009-2010

Early registration for families that were enrolled in our 2008-2009 program will begin on Mon., July 27, 2009, during regular summer office hours (Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm). You can enroll by stopping by the office. You may also submit your registration through the website (If you register online, your registration will not be complete until our Faith Formation Office confirms your registration and all fees have been paid in full. If you call in or submit your registration through the website, please mail in your payment to the Faith Formation Office as soon as possible.

All registrations will be put on a waiting list until payment is received.

Open registration will take place after all Masses on the following weekends:

  • August 8 - 9
  • August 15 - 16
New families can only register in person (no phone or online registration).

Registration will take place in Mazaika Hall.

Classes will begin the week of September 13, 2009. Class sizes will be limited, so be sure to take advantage of early registration to get your day preference. No registration will be taken on the first week of class.

2009-2010 Sacramental Preparation - Following Diocesan guidelines, a child should have a minimum of one year of catechesis in a parish program prior to specific catechesis for Reconciliation, Eucharist, and Confirmation. If your child attended a program the previous year in a different parish, a letter from the parish will be needed to confirm attendance.

Sunday: 8:30am-11:00amRCIA – includes attendance at the 10:00am Mass (parents and children)
  • Classes are for both child and parent (child cannot be registered or attend withou parent participation.
  • for children who are 7yrs old and who have NOT been baptized
  • for children who were baptized in another faith tradition and want to become members of the Catholic Church
